• Shipping for CDs - Please provide your full mailing address when ordering so that the CD can be shipped to you promptly, upon receiving your order.  We will ship internationally, outside of North America, for an additional charge based on location and mode of transportation.

• Digital Downloads - Please provide your primary email address and check your spam and delete folders for our downloading instructions. These are not a CD, they are digital information products that are delivered as downloads. Delivery is not instant. A custom download url will be provided for each order. Processing starts immediately upon receiving your payment and urls are usually the same day, and often within the hour. Check all your email folders for our email with download instructions. If you still don't see our message in a timely manner, feel free to contact us about your order.

Download time for this product may vary depending on the speed of your computer. Please be patient. When downloading, please click "Save" from the options, NOT "Open". Ebooks and Digital Products

For those who don't know, an e-book is an information product in digital format that you can download to your computer, or open from a CD, and read using various file formats and applications, such as Word, PDF, PowerPoint, excel or an internet browser.

 

File Formats

These ebooks, templates, and information products are in digital format (downloads). You will need some kind of unzipping software, such as the free trial Winzip offers, in order to unzip these ebooks, templates, and information products. There are many free unzipping tools on the internet, just try a search in download.com or Google. You will also need Adobe Acrobat Reader to read many of the ebooks. Other Microsoft software, such as Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint may be required for some of the digital products.
 

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, there is no refund of any kind.  Digital products such as e-books and other information products, whether delivered online or on a CD.
